my hair was straight n soft.

now, it is frizzy, really curly, thick n coarse.

i have a balanced diet, exercise well n use hair care products that suit my hair type.

i m not on any medications.

why the sudden change?

At this age, keratin bonds in the hair become developed at which time your hair will become curly if that is what you were predisposed to have. If baby pics show that you had some curl in your hair, this was a clue. Puberty coincides with the completion of keratin development.

your hair get oily thats why and try to take a shower early than you usually do

If you cut your hair recently that will do it. If you are mixed that will have an effect on your hair too. When I was thirteen I cut my hair for the first time but I am mixed with black and white and my hair was long so straight and really thick after I cut it, it was such a dramatic change because all of a sudden it was so curly and unruley. What happens is the hair weighs down the curls so you have straight hair and then when you cut it, all the weight is gone so the curls can curl up and become what they want. Its crazy but just get some frizz ezze shampoo and conditioner and the leave in condition and that will help a whole lot. Good luck!
